Prosecco:
100 ml
Elderflower syrup:
20 ml
Fresh mint leaves:
6 leaves
Soda water:
A splash
Lime or lemon:
1 slice
Ice:
As needed
Instructions
- 1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
- 2. Pour 100 ml of Prosecco over the ice.
- 3. Add 20 ml of elderflower syrup to the glass.
- 4. Bruise 6 fresh mint leaves to release their oils and add them to the glass.
- 5. Top off with a splash of soda water.
- 6. Garnish with a slice of lime or lemon.
- 7. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
- 8. Enjoy the refreshing and aromatic Hugo cocktail!
